Sailors christmas eve

I'm a lonley sailor man,
far away from my homeland,
and I'll spend my Christmas here upon Hawaii.
There´s no lovely Christmas tree,
and no snow upon the beach,
and the sun i s shining warm and bright on me.

	It's Christmas eve onboard
	but I'm longing to the north,
	where my homefolks they gather 'round the lovely christmas tree.
